Salient features of VU after sales services
Call is never connected to call center. Eventually u press 1 that means they will call u back.
You have to pay advance RS 800 for technician to come. Once you pay , your are trapped. As technician don’t come easily and then their support is pathetic.
When you escalate a call, they only say, we will forward your call and someone will call you back in 24 hrs. But that call -back never happens.
They don’t share the service team number. Only say we will mail. are they attending calls on mail?
They take 4-5 days just to give quotation. God knows when they arrange the parts and fix the problem.
