Hi I have purchased "Vu "H40K311" model from an authorized online retailer ws-retail. TV comes in good-packing and picture quality is good and it work well in HD channels because its an HD TV it plays approx all videos format sound os also good in this budget you can easily trust this brand because its value for money in this price range we can not get 40 inch TV with smart function so my opinion is that it is value for money service and support is also very good same day installation has been done and from vu service center 3 years of extended warranty has been provided with TV so it is better for a middle class person who is seeking for an 40 inch smart TV.
