I bought LCD TV & LED TV from Vu .Firstly the delivery was not in packaged box.When I asked the salesman to change the product he refused & their services team denied that this is not a new product
Few days later the salesman brought some boxes stating that this is the original packaging .Then trying to check bar code on box I could realized they have scrapped the bar codes for avoid any further checks.When asked again to change the product their store keeper was very rude. Later their manager said they can refund money but will deduct INR 15000 for courier & handling charges.
Just few days before to one year their product stopped working & I complained again it took another few weeks for someone to visit & he denied warranty, knowing Vu from previous experience I knew its futile to complain again as their management is dumb or this is they way they are managing.The person wanted to charge me INR 8000 for mother board replacement
