We have bought a Vu 32 Inch LED TV 2 n half years back. It had no problem at all till a 13 days back.. I have made a complaint on the 3rd day after I started having problem with it..Their engineer had come 3 days after the complaint.. And now, the worst part.. They have so called service center here in Hyderabad buy they don’t do the service here.. Our TV boards are sent to Mumbai for examine and it’s gonna be a week.. Till now they haven’t informed me of the estimation for the repair needed to be done..
Service this slow is very troublesome and people would definitely dislike it strongly..I wouldn’t recommend a Vu product to anyone outside of the city of main manufacturers...
