I have a vu television and it suddenly stopped working. I had a tedious time to reach out to customer support to register a complaint for technician visit. After a huge struggle they made me pay some charges for technician visit. and he came just saw the tv for 2 minutes and concluded saying mother board problem post that after persistent follow up also there was no further response. then I raised a complaint in customer support and then technician just called me and said the model I have motherboard is not available and he has no idea when it will come, and he just hung up the phone and send me an email attached below. and now I am stuck with this television not knowing what to do. really pathetic after sales service. They really dont care for their customers. please dont waste your money investing in such brands just because they are low priced in amazon, I have another LG tv at my home more than 15 years old and operating well . any service
