This is worst shipping company I have had to deal with . Airtel sent me a phone thru them that I bought from their online store( do not even get me started on Airtel’s customer care and their online store order experience - its equally bad!) . Vulcan does not have a customer care phone number . Their online tracking is deceiving at best . You do not get any estimated delivery dates either from Airtel or Vulcan . They have been sitting on my delivery since more than a week . They do not respond to emails either. Ask the seller about which shipping company they are going to use for your order. If it is Vulcan - simple avoid them .
