Most pathetic experience: we bought Sofa from Yalahanka bengaluru wakefit shop and they made big commitments & considering wakefit presence in mattresses we took the risk to buy sofa but unfortunately finishing was not up to the mark so we requested wakefit to get it repair asap. their timeline to repair was 10 days they picked up immediately but for last almost 2 months they havent return our sofa and every time we call them they postpone it by 5-6 days .their customer care is also useless & looks like all freshers are working & no coordination or information from backend team. Also we tried to contact with shopkeeper but as usual they are making excuses that please talk to customer care and they will resolve this issue.last 2 months despite of making full payment in advance we are without sofa and wakefit doesnt have curtesy to call back or update us.its been more than 50 calls to customers care in last 1 month but no solution except yes sir/ no sir & sorry and that is not helping us & but literal harassment of customer.
