I ordered 2 mattresses and 6 pillows for 27000 on the website on 28th Dec and promised delivery was 3 days. Since I didn’t get delivery even till date, ( 4th Jan) cancelled the order after hearing out the pathetic stories from support team( ASAP, "Sorry", "will come back in 1 hour" and so on). If they cant honor timelines, they should not tell inanities like ASAP, Sorry etc which lose their meaning after telling multiple times. At least have courtesy in calling up customer which they dont do and I only had to call them for update every time. And it appears they are filled with orders, then hey should stop taking further orders until they can manage the delivery. What they are doing now will only make them lose more customers and I want people who go for their products to take note of their pathetic open ended delivery schedule and lack of professional resolution mechanisms.
