Wakefit Solutions We kindly ask everyone to avoid being duped by Wakefit items, which are of poor quality. I purchased a sofa set from Amazon last week, and it was made plain that I could return it by October 9th if I wasn’t satisfied. Additionally, the delivery team had confirmation from Wakefit that I may return the item if I didn’t like it or found it uncomfortable.
Currently, when I’m not comfortable and want to return the sofa, they claim that they do not have a policy allowing for such returns. The customer care representatives were so rude that they simply refused to even hear my question and closed my ticket.
