Hi Friends! I decided to watch this movie after seeing the promos - the story seemed different - also, I like Ranbir Kapoor’s acting - he is spontaneous and natural.
Happy to say that Ranbir is perfectly cast as Sid - a rich boy who does not have any goals in life. He has done a very good job. Konkona is her usual competent self - but she seems to be stuck doing similar roles - also, her look is same as in Page 3 and other movies.
Other supporting actors (Anupam Kher, Rahul Khanna) have also done a very good job. The story line is good and quite believable. Nothing great but better than other Karan Johar productions :) Also, the cinematography is very good - Mumbai has been showcased in a very new light.
The only problem was that the film became slow and dragging in the second half. Also, the ending was a little unconvincing. All in all, it is one of the best current movies. Go watch it for an enjoyable time. Also, the songs are quite hummable.
