I bought a bed for my parents from Wakefit’s website on 11/04/2024. While buying the bed, it was mentioned that it would include delivery and free installation/assembly of the bed as well. The bed was delivered on 16/04/2024, but since then it is just lying in the house unopened as no one has come for installation. Its been 15 days of continuous contact with the customer care/support asking for updates on installation but no action has been taken. Today, I have been informed that the installation is not available now. When asked for returning the bed and getting the money refunded, they said this option is not available either. Apart from the poor customer service, we are now stuck with bed unopened in the house with no installation and no refunds.
