I had the most frustrating and disappointing experience with Wakefit Solution while purchasing an office chair, mattress, mattress cover, and pillow. I visited their store in Noida on 11th Jul 23, and initially, I was assisted by Mr. Abhishek Yadav, who made big promises that turned out to be empty words.
Firstly, Mr. Yadav assured me that he would be available for any assistance and that I need not contact customer care or anyone else. However, when I needed help after placing my order, he conveniently disappeared and did not respond properly to my messages or calls.
The delivery dates for the items were completely messed up. The website showed different delivery dates from what Mr. Yadav had promised. While the mattress cover and pillow arrived on time, the office chair delivery was delayed. The website kept changing the delivery date, and when I tried to get an update from Mr. Yadav, he refused to provide any useful information and asked me to contact customer care.
The customer care team was utterly unhelpful and just recited scripted lines without actually resolving the issue. After lodging a complaint, it took them two days to inform me that the chair was still under manufacturing and would be delivered on 21st Jul 23.
To make matters worse, when I escalated the matter to Mr. Arshad from the escalation team, he gave me false information, claiming that the chair had reached Gurgaon when the website clearly stated otherwise. The new delivery date was changed to 25th Jul, causing even more inconvenience.
Contacting Mr. Arshad proved futile as he seemed uninterested in providing any real assistance. Finally, on 22nd Jul 23, I complained to the Nodal Officer, and only then did Mr. Harish from the Wakefit office contact me, promising delivery on the very next day, 23rd Jul.
The lack of coordination, false promises, and unresponsive behavior of the salesperson and customer care team demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. I expected much better service from a reputed brand like Wakefit Solution.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against choosing Wakefit Solution for your purchases. The overall service and customer support have been nothing short of abysmal. Save yourself from this ordeal and opt for a more reliable and customer-centric brand.
