When I was a Child I loved to go the Walgreens Drug Store. There were so many things that you could buy there that you couldn’t buy in Canada.
I just found their site and would love to buy the things they sell here.
They have items for your bath, (sponges, a yellow rubber duck, soaps, bubble bath), & shower, (gels), cosmetics, manicure sets, a lot of perfumes for both Men & Women and Women’s hosiery.
There are a lot of things you can buy for your hair. They carry every brand of hair colors to dye your hair, (for Men and Women). As well they have brushes, combs, barrettes, bobby pins hair bands and even a scissor to cut your hair.
I bet you there isn’t a shampoo, conditioners, hair putty or gel that you can’t find a Walgreens.
You can perm your hair to make it curly or straighten it if you don’t like your curly hair, (isn’t it funny that we never like the type of hair we have!).
There are Face Masks, Sun blocks, oils, lotions or sprays. And if you get a sunburn there are a few things to buy to help you get through that painful time. If you don’t want to tan there are a few brands of Tanning Creams.
There is every type of cream you might want from hand lotion, body cream, cleansing creams and anti-aging treatments.
If you have a scar, eczema, a corn on you foot or a wart they have something to help you.
They carry a full range of Allergy pills, Vitamin and Herbal Medicines.
You can buy cameras, films, batteries, scales and electronics items, (for your hair, kitchen and garden). There are office, hardware & school supplies.
There is a link to the famous Mayo Hospital, (in Minnesota and Arizona), where you will find a lot of information on diseases and how to stay healthy.
If you buy something for them and live in the United States they will ship it to you for free.
I don’t shop at WALGREENS.COM because I can get all of the above in Canada. If you can’t these items and don’t live in the United s

There is just two thing that the Walgreens.com doesn’t have that the real Drug Store has and that is the candy, (that I can’t get in Canada) a Lunch Counter. I use to go there to have a Chocolate or Vanilla Egg Cream Drink.
WALGREENS EGG CREAM DRINK:
’’ Into a large glass put in a tablespoon of chocolate or a teaspoon of real vanilla flavor
Fill the glass 3/4 of the way with Canadian Club Soda, (or any non-flavored frizzy soda).
Add a teaspoon of sugar if you are making the vanilla egg cream.
Fill the rest of the class with ice.’’
I have not idea why this is called an ’’Egg Cream’’.
