I have been done my biggest mistake of my life after trusting Mr Ramanjeet Walia from Indoor Interiors or WSPL at Merlin Homeland mall!.
My lakhs of rupees could be well utilized if I would have given for charity. This people took my money showing great products and promising to get things done as I stay far away from Kolkata. Nothing is done on time and after 127 phone calls..out of which almost 100 are unattended, I was able to get 75% of the work done that too with VERY VERY cheap materials.
When want to talk to them, they don’t pick phones. In office only one boy seats and no courtesy for even acknowledging communication. I am doomed. As I stay far away consumer court wont help but will see how I can pursue this there.
P.S: Do not expect format documentation as they would never provide that. Only money receipt would be given (I doubt they are fake too).
