Which in turn instructed Bushy boy !! Now it was upto US to come up with the reasons to justify it.
The idea was to bring up Sunni’s in power to suppress Shiites majority in eye-raq in 1980’s and also subjugate shiite majority of Iran. To accomplish that Sunnis (Saddam) were offered WMD’s by US/UK to do their dirty job for them.
It is only later when the Mistress reminded that these very WMD’s could be used against them when Kuwait was annexed and US promised to look other way.
That led to demonizing of Saddam and Sunnis and Eye-raq and final destruction by Baby Bush who is shameless and used 9/11 as a pretext to destroy.
Oil is always in the back of the mind but they could not find a reasonable pretext until after 9/11 to go and destroy any country they choose.
Other countries like North Korea and Libya are not direct threat to our Mistress so things can wait. Eye-raq was next door to our Mistress.
