I saw many ads about the website sort of convincing with the brands and scanned through..made a purchase via net banking..these guys after getting the order send me a confirmation sms about my order no..later on I got an email saying they couldn’t receive the payment..what fools the only way you guys make money is through your payment gateway and that’s not to Robust.
Then I called the customer service guy and tell him about what happened this guy checks the information and tells me their payment team doesn’t work at night so you will receive a call tomorrow. At a point on the call I couldn’t hear the guy what he said..to I asked him sorry I couldn’t hear. Very rudely he mentioned let me check the information and then he informed me I would receive a call from their end the next day..morning I get a call from them which is an IVR I select want to speak to someone.
That IVR took 20 minutes and didn’t connect me to anyone then I dialed to their Customer service team informing them This is what happened the lady who picked up the called assured me that I would receive a call as soon as their payment team is available..then why did you call me when you didn’t have a solution waking me up at 9 AM..Then finally I receive a call mentioning they have received the payment and they would be happy to process the payment.
Now I tell that lady thanks for the same however my experience was not that great shopping with them..she said sorry and wanted to hurry and close the call as if the phone line is terrible or I am a devil...then I finally receive my confirmation email telling about my order..I reply to them and there is no response what so ever..well if I had to purchase with all this hassle I would have purchased at a nearby watch store why would I order it online..where is the WOW experience created..I am sorry please folks who dont want to spoil their mood and temper in this festive season..do not buy at watchkart..else there is another kart called flipkart who has shown tremendous response whenever I have bought from them..
