The ambience of the Wave Cinemas is okayish but not upto the standards one would expect from a multiplex. There is literally no one to point you out to the right seats if you get confused after entering the hall, and you have to struggle your way through especially if quite a number of seats have been already filled.
The ticket prices are exorbitant. If you want to go and book a ticket and some amount of crowd is there, it becomes nearly impossible to book tickets in time. The employees who sit behind the ticket-booking window or counter are lazy, look tired always, lack a sense of responsibility towards the movie goer who has come to watch a film and have got little work ethics. They work as if they dont care if someone gets a ticket or not. Also, the people who throng the movie-tickets counter plus the men behind the counter, seem to have, sadly, no idea that there is something called a queue which should be maintained before the counter when quite a large crowd of ticket seekers has gathered before the booking window.
The 3-D glasses that they give are not in good condition. Many have got scratches on them. Many are blurry from smudges.
The picture and sound quality is okay though.
But this multiplex is definitely not value for money.
