Though way2sms is almost dead it helps me a lot to interact with my family members. the main purpose of using way2sms is to send any message or forward some funny messages to my family members, the only reason is that they are not using any smartphone.
It was very popular in website, and it has a dedicated app as well in play store. for most messages I use whatsapp but I helps me to reach out my family members, it has a simple gui to enter the text required to send. you can even save your contacts as well the only cons that I can mention is that it allows you to enter only 125 characters. remaining delivery and all stuff works pretty well.
