Dear prospective investor, have a second thought before you approach Way2Wealth, mainly located in Mumbai and Bangalore, for your investment purpose. I lost a big amount becasue of their mismanagement of my funds and they just sent a debit statement which showed their services charges!
I am a customer of Way2wealth. I wrote to them through their customer service facility on their website about certain mismanagement of funds by them; Way2wealth(better if they rename themselves as "Waytomisery") neither responded nor acknowledged my inquiry. The case in point is an apt example of how incapable staff and unprofessional management of a company treats its hapless customers with utter disregard. In 2006, they took the funds from the customer(more than two lakhs on different occasions) kept it for a long period and after a year or so sent a debit statement showing their service charges! Repeated requests for the details of the transactions undertaken were not given the seriousness such requests deserve. I understand they have offices in many locations in Bombay and Bangalore.
When I visited their Bangalore main office, one of the officers informed me that the person who was handling said funds left the company! Strange as the fact is that the company, way2wealth, mismanaged the funds and took usurious service charges for such mismanagement and not the concerned employee. As such, Way2wealth is bound to address the grienvances of its customers and not the employee who quit from their company.
