I have seen and stayed pretty good hotels, on my friend’s request I had to come across this Hotel which is in Emily road, Kalpetta.
I have heard lot good about Kerala from my friends who are from that state. We had planned few sight seeings the next day. Then I saw this hotel which is good to see the building’s architecture is spell bound to few intricate things. So I booked one bedroom apartment which is not that costly but I feel it is not worth that money. I room are quiet clean and interiors are well and what I find is the food not that appealing. I have tasted the same in my Keralite friend’s home which is far pretty better. But the way the food is presented is good.
Coming to services are not that upto the mark. The premises and the ambience are very natural, that is the only thing I like in Kerala. The crew in that hotel has to be more customer centric, which I didn’t find. It is an average hotel and somethings are not that worth for the money wee spend.
