I bought this harddisk for around 1 yesr back. Till today I haven’t faced any issue with this hard disk. Its compatible with all the operating system be it windows MacOs or Linux don’t matter. The writing speed of the hard disk is very decent. Its one of the best and the cheapest external 1tb hard disk in the market. WD is also giving 3 years of replacement warranty which is a great add-on. Since the storing capacity of SSDs is low as they cost too much moreover cloud storage is useless if you are not having proper network or a plethora of data. Then it can be your best companion. WD also give security app when you buy this hard disk. Which can be very helpful if you dont want oyher to see whats there in your hard disk. Save your 4k videos, super hd selfies and many more files which any worry.
