I have this external portable HDD since 6 months and it’s data transfer speed with USB 3.0.is great.It transfers media files over 1 Gb within few minutes. USB 2.0 speed is same as pen drive speed. However it makes slow humming sound while transfer compared to Seagate extension 1TB. In other features like data reliability and built quality is good.
It also comes with data backup software from WD.Also It is pretty lightweight and fix in pockets easily. The connecting cable is single one to one which is drawback while compared with Transcend External HDD.It has 3 years warranty which is pretty handy in case of maintenance.
