I bought this external hard disk like one year back.
I transferred all my personsl data worth about 180 GB in to this . I try connecting this to my smart tv and it fell down.
Thats all. Over. It didnt get recognized at all in the system . All my data gone. The customer support is really not at all logical. They are replacing the hard disk with a new one. But where is my data ? 180 gb gone
