Good product. Purchased this HDD for my data back up and it works as expected. The read/write speeds are decent. Also to mention, the WD support is responsive, I have registered the product and I have warranty of almost 3years. Please note that the 3 year warranty will be based on date of import that is printed on the sales box.
The outer casing of the HDD is plastickybut it doesn’t matter to me as the purpose of data storage is fulfilled for me.
Overall, the product is good value for money.
I should say go for it.
