If we talk about the design the design was good and shiny so looks better but littel bit heavy but its not a matter bcz of we get 3 TB Hdd so its not a big deal.
If we talk about the service then I am say in service and support the WD product is best in the world . But WD products is never gives you problem . If you get any problem related hard disk so simply check you warranty then select the query and submit mail and after that you get a print .Then WD agent is come to your home and pick up your hard drive and after few days you get completely new hard disk. I am 100% sure no one gives us like this service.
The money of this External HDD is little bit expensive but I am sure its effort for me because WD gives me 3 Year warranty so I like this product.
