Loved this hard disk, using WD products since 5 years, No problems at all. Just need to handle with care, slightest drop without cover and gone(had experienced this with my WD 500GB hard disk). Also if hard disk is under warrant tee and gone bad, WD personal will come to your home to pick up and later replace or repair hard disks at no cost. Had purchased 2 TB Segate hard disk before, didn’t last more than 6 months. Segate customer care in bangalore did replaced it, but still it is not usable. So purchased 2TB WD hard disk. Using since last 2 years, no problems, running smooth.
