When anybody purchases a 4tb data storage, you have some important data storage need.therefore you choose a product which is reliable and secure. Within My first 20 days of usage, the WD mycloud led indicator turned red and I was shocked to know what that there was no fix the only result was to send back to the local vendor and get a replacement. Well that worked out ok, but the data ( almost 1tb) which I had uploaded feeling safe and secure was lost. I had deleted it from my desktop thinking that my data is safe in mycloud storage. Unfortunately, I lost all my data, now there is no way that I can recover it.yes I do have replacement drive in place, but my confidence in this product and brand is shaken. I am not sure that why would a brand like WD launch a product in market which is fundamentally not stable.Very useless storage hardware with no honesty.
