Hello friend today I Anubhav Rawat will tell you about my personal experience on this W D my Cloud EX2 ultra 4 GB last month I have bought this product from amazon this was too costly as per other hard disk but I bought this hard disk because of its good features.This hard disk design was too bad than other this take lot of time In installing this creates lot of problem.The service of this was not good.Staff are not friendly with buyers they don’t know how to talk with customers.Overall the performance of this hard disk is not so good as you accepted.At the last I want to recommend you to not to buy this product first check all the feature then think for purchasing.
