I share my experience on WD My Passport 2 TB hard drive.i bought this hard drive for my office purpose, In my in office a lots data of data are give to me, so that purpose I buy this product.
The main problem in this is copying speed is very very slow.it will give irriating to all.when I tried to connect this on computer but it will thrown a error message, the hard drive might not be installed successfully on computer, i struggle to install in my computer after that it works properly.
The quality of the product is not good, when we connect one or different computer in many times its damaged.
Its are available different colour so its look very nice and attractive
if we are tried to shake a external hard disk it gives some sound inside, so the quality is bad.
The service of the company not satisfactory, when we call him for any clarifiaction, it wouldnt respond.
Staff assitaance is good.
Iam not recommend this product, it is not worthful its fully waste of money and waste of time.
