Performance: This is high speed device made for efficient data transfer as you get hands on this device you will get the answer that how fast is this. In my usage it gave me upto 72Mbps of max speed. So in performance point of view don’t worry about it.
Other features: This device comes with the 3 years warranty but the external damage is not included in this warranty.
Services provided are good you will get them easily, If you have some problems with the disk.
I think this is the device which is most price efficient for data storage purpose.
