I have not seen a worse customer service. I had requested for a replacement from Western Digital.Initially I told them that their warehouse is just 500 mts from my house. So, they first asked me not to send the Hard disk through courier, but to carry it to their warehouse and get it replaced.
As it would take only 10 mins. But for the next two weeks, I went almost everyday and they kept saying that the stock will arrive the next day. But that did not happen. Then one day they told me to submit the hard disk and they would inform me when the stock arrives. After that they delayed for one more week, saying they did not have stock.
Now when I call them, they say that they have despatched it through courier, inspite of me asking not to send via courier. Also they are giving me a false AWB number. Its been a month and I have not received my Hard disk yet. Its the worst experience I have had.
