I had bought this wd ultra passport 1tb hard disk and it is awesome .believe me guyz this is best as far as speed and support from wd is concerned, Do buy this .it is best for keeping important data backup and increases our additional storage capacity.Great value for money.

->This HDD has an RPM of 7000(not specified by the manufacturer), but it is dead silent.
->It has a transfer speed of 25-30MBps, when used with USB 2.0. Using 3.0, you may get 10-15x faster transfer.
->It requires no power cord. You should just connect it to the computer with the USB cable provided.
->The USB cable is short(less than 1 meter). Most find it difficult to use the HDD with this short cable(I didn’t find any difficulties, though)
->This HDD doesn’t come with a pouch. You may have to buy an aftermarket pouch
