External harddisks are specially designed for portable storage.With external harddisk we can store large amount of data in a small external harddisk. It is easy to carry but the main disadvantage with theWD my passport external hard disks are sensitive.Once it is missed from our hands, the data in the external harddisk is totally collapses.
We cannot recover it.Once the data is collapsed, ther is no recovery in Wd my passport external harddisk.The advantage with Wd my passport is portability.
Sometimes we cannot take away our laptops.In that cases it is helpful.We can save our data in Wd my passport harddisk and take away with us.Once we buy the wd my passport we can care about it.Else it will be damaged.I used it for 2years.
Still it is working properly because I take care of it.
