1-style and design of the wd passport is like the same as their name, because most of the time other companies sell their design but wd sales design with their performance.
2-i didnt use service yet but I heared about their service are very gud and other queries resolveover the phone.
3-third thing of the wd is it is value for money because in this price range there is no other hard disk are available.
