I’m using Western hard disk from the last 6 months and I have faced several issues relating to it.
At first I would like to highlight my connectivity problem there are two types in this hard disc. One is 3.0 USB and another one is 2.0 USB. The 3.0 USB is fast in connectivity and its sensors in the computer fastly but the 2.0 USB is very slow very very slow as after inserting the USB it reads the USB after several times later. According to me the price will be reduced a bit less according to the performance. The staff service at the customer care is up to the mark but still it requires more improvement. Although I like the style and design here, except this all things are worst. At last I would request Western Digital company to make out to improve the external hard disk very much as these did not give the best performance. They should make external hard disk for the Welfare of the people not for earning more and more money of the honest people.
