I had used this product for approx 2 years and now My external hard disk is not working and the service and support from the company is very bad . When I purchased the external hard disk from flipkart.com they give me 3 years of warranty and when I go in service center for not working of external harddisk they are asking for money under warranty . So I just throw that external hd in the garbage.The performance of the hard disk is bit of slow when u copy or paste the data .The style and design of the product is very good and satisfying .This is a value for money if u didnt want after sales service and support from the company .The staff assistance is very non-cooperative in the service center .
