Thought Provoking

The author has been a top lawyer of our country .Before Indira Gandhi imposed Emergency he took her case & represented her in the concerned court. But once she assumed absolute power by proclaiming emergency he refused to represent her any further even at the risk of putting in peril his life & liberty.

He has been an acclaimed constitutional & legal expert & was also India’s ambassador to the United States.

He was offered the post of Advocate general Of India but he very politely declined.

An incorruptible man & one of the very few souls who are entitled to suggest the path of virtuous living to others for his very life has been a vivid example of it.

His book is a must read for every Indian who is flummoxed at the sorry state of our country. In his brilliant book, he has talked on a variety of subjects & also includes the lecture he delivered at various foreign universities. He also highlights the fact that we have reduced the invaluable gift of democracy to mere mobocracy.

This book gives reader good fodder to feed their hungry minds.
