Never ever go with this incompetent service providers.
Our whole reseller hosting account is down since a month. These people do not have back ups and they do not even pick the call. Seriously avoid this jokers if you want to save your face.
I got assurance from these people after about 2 weeks that everything is being restored to normalcy and in two days, websites will be up.
But even after 2 weeks, there is no progress. They don’t take responsibility for anything. Just avoid.
