Webastral is the worst company I have ever worked with. The owner is totally money oriented and doesn’’t care about the employees. In 2 years, there wasn’’t a single day that salary was provided on time. They never cut down working ours on Festivals. Everybody is trying to pull legs of each other. All employees are underpaid except HR and Project managers. Leave management is very poor and most developers are forced to do overtime without any additional incentive or benefits.
