Initially they would agree with all your demands, acting all flexible and would make sure you sign the deal. Once you sign the deal, Boom! they would change like a chameleon. They would stop responding. They would not care about any of your requirements. I had booked make-up and videographer via Weddingz.in. Till the last week, they did not connect me with the make-up artist(so obviously I was unable to discuss my hairstyle, makeup and everything till the last week). For videographer, they promised to send a teaser video within a couple of days of wedding and other pics and videos would take time. It’s been 1.5 months, and I am asking them to send the teaser video till now! Long story short, please do not trust them. They are the worst.
