Wednesday... A must watch movie.
I watched this movies this Saturday (On the day, when serial blasts rocked Delhi). This movie literally made me think that why someone has to decide when the innocents gonna die. Who the hell are they to decide? Are they God, or world creator? They just earn money by doing these sort of blasts & give them the name as Religous terrorism. So called Terrorists are nothing but a businessmen. Their business is that they are wholesale dealers of the common persons life. They treat common persons life as its cheapest in market. This movie shows when a common man decides to take revenge, no one can stop him. I like one dialogue of Naseer (Not exactly same) " Net me search kaijiye... 352 sites milengi bomb banane ki... fokat me" & seriously, it is there. 5 minutes before writing this review, I searched in net & I came to know how to make a smoke bomb (May be not that effective, but enough to create a bit of terror in general public. Blasts in Bangalore was not of high intensity but they are able to spread fear to, if not whole, then at least to some extent in Bangalore). Its that easy. This movie will really make you think about the current situation. Before this movie, whenever I heard of some blasts, I used to think, "Thank God none of my relatives were there in blasts" but this movie forced my to think that blood relationg, or friends and/or wives are not the only relations in this world. Whenever there is a blast, people who die are common people, like me or like you.
You may think think after reading the para that I am writing a lecture instead of review, so let me tell you my opinion about this movie as a movie (Complicated statement :) leave it)
Casting was good. After so long, I found Jimmy Shergill is doing some good acting. Anupam Kher did a marvellous Job. He is good, no, Very good. Naseer, as usual, too good in this movie. I forgot the name of the other cop, but he also did a good job. I like one conversation in this movie.
Anupam Kher(AK) : Her awaz ke peeche ek shakl (Face) hoti hai.
Naseer: Meri nahin hai.
AK: Aisa tum sochte ho.
Naseer: Aisa main Jaantha hoon.
& also one dialogue of Naseer " Koi madarchod ek button daba ke yeh decide nahin karega ki mujhe kab marna hai"
Too good movie which force you to think on this. After seeing this movie, I really felt that media, if act sensibly, can help Police in catching terrorists & other illegal things doing people. But in reality, media is more interested in which actor is wearing what, which actor is marrying whom, which actress is wearing what etc. etc. & crticising police of doing anything & also criticising them for not doing anything. After I finished the movie, I was watching news channel to get more information on Delhi blasts, the news man (the guy who was at one of the blasts sites & describe whats happening) is more interested in telling public that police is doing investigation using a torch instead of telling whats really happening. One of the cameramen of one news channel is more interested in showing public that Sing is King movies poster was there in the wall instead of showing us the blast site. Thats how, in reality, Media reacts.
Movie is too too too good. Best part is this movie proved that a movie can be hit without even a single song. & those who havent watched this movie till now, should (I say must) go & watch this movie.
Now let me finish this lecture :)
