I have WEFE broadband connection from last few months my customer id is, I would say its my bad luck I stuck with these gays. very poor service. I am struggling from last one month to get my connection work. I am sick and tired with their frequent disconnections due to powercuts and fibercuts. its absolutely frustrating. I request you to not at all go for wefe Broadband, better to call this as faltu faltu broadband. I have never never seen such irresponsible persons in my life. In this boadband everybody is cheating the people starting from agent to customer care. heir usage plans are simply worst. I opted for 6mbps plan and I am getting hardly 6kbps. When contacted customer care there is no response from them. Very much disappoint from such slow services. Not taking care of getting serve faster. Not connecting through the internet from last days . Everytime same answer will be ok in 2 hrs from customer care. My work is pending and I am frustrated.
