If you really want to lose yout weight just do smart work along with hard work you are doing. There are some little things which we generaly avoid and do exercises, running.
Actually if you are overweight, then running means nothing to you, it only cause joints problem and difficulty in breathing. Only do cardio and sone weighted exeecises.
Just avoid simple carbohydrates like white bread, white rice, noodles, oily stuff and prefer complex carbs like wheat bread, roti, juice, fruits and some tonics like arustozyme and tablets.
