3 rules for weight reduction

Weight reduction has become one of the buzzwords in the town nowadays .

However, little do the people realize that

Weight could not be reduced unless they seriously understand how their body functions .

There are several ways of reducing weight and dieting is a strict - no  .

People unnecessarily starve themselves, thinking that would help in shedding some pounds,

but it is not an effective method at all .

The three best ways of keeping your body fit and healthy and in shape are as follows:

1) Exercise:  for atleast one hour a day will definitely create an impact .

When I say exercise, I mean natural exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, skipping, jogging, etc .

These natural exercises have a more longlasting effect than lifting weights .

2) Diet: You are what u eat . If u eat those junk food all the time, then it could never reduce your weight .

By junk food, I mean canned foods, aerated cold drinks, etc . Restrict urself to vegetarian food . Non -vegetarian food

like chicken, meat, etc are difficult to digest and decays in ur body and eventually gets converted into fats .

Drink more fruit juices and eat more salads . These are rich in enzymes and gets easily digested .

If u cant live without non-veg, u can have restrict urself to some sea-food like fish .

2) The most significant problem that everbody is facing nowadays is stress . It has become the cause for most of

the diseases . Generally, people are not aware that stress is actually related to weight gain as much as weight -loss.

It actually depends on the metabolism rate .

The acient technique of mediation and yoga  can definitely help in reducing stress and also eventually reducing weight .

The health -clubs and gmnasiums will start flourishing as long as the

people are ignorant abt the right techniques of

controlling their body -weight . Once u figure how your body functions,

controlling your body -weight will be the easiest thing on planet earth .

I suggest a book titled’FITONICS FOR LIFE’ . Oops, I  forgot the author name .

Just follow these three rules religiously, and I assure you that your pot-belly will be a thing of the past .
