So what we have now, another advertisement to promote a sauna belt or exercise technique or dieting schedule. You are wrong.
What looks simple does not necessarily mean is useless and will not work.
All I am asking you is to do certain things my way and you could loose weight. Features:
It is permanent
No cost involved Simple and could be done by all
No strict Hitler schedule that is impossible to follow
No apparent side effects(you can debate)
So what is this magic trick? Simple, SKIP YOUR BREAKFAST. You think it is a big joke and I have wasted your time. Well, I do not think so. Read on.
A few persons may argue that breakfast is the best meal of the day and easiest to digest and all. But hey, you wanna loose some weight. I found this an easy way and therefore would like to share this with you.
You can have your routine lunch & dinner, occasional heavy food can be taken and still weight can be reduced. All I ask you to do the following:
Please avoid any type of breakfast. Do not drink milk, have toast and even cornflakes. Go to work/ stay home with empty belly till lunch.
Have usual lunch at 1 to 1.30 PM and dinner at 9 to 9.30 PM(suit your time, no compulsion here).
When you have your food, eat full stomach, no diets.
Remember, no snacks in between.
Drink lots of water(rather than colas). Milk or Curd can be taken at lunch or dinner.
Try to do exercise on a daily basis. Relax, if you can’t, even walking will do. Please avoid wheels when walking alternate is available.
You are your boss, be strict on your diet. Don’t eat heavy food more than two meals a week. When you have heavy meal(fat stuff), please make sure you do enough physical labor to burn that on the next day.
You can have light breakfast on Sunday(free day).
Please do follow the above rules and be strict. You can loose weight 2-5 kg depending on person to person. And hey, the weight loss is permanent. To skip one’s breakfast is not too much to ask from you, is it? You can have water if you feel hungry. In a few days, the hunger will not bother you till lunch time.
The results may amaze you. But hey, a good and nutritious two time’s food is good and won’t harm you in long run. I have followed this schedule from last 15-18 months. Relaxation can be there on holidays.
This schedule is for people like me who can not do something extra(other than daily schedule) on a consistent basis to reduce weight. All I ask is not to do something(your b’fast).
I would like to have comments of some of Doctors members to tell me not to do so which I can argue. Otherwise trust me friends, if the aforesaid is done on a consistent basis, you can do wonders with your body and confidence.
