Is this a movie ? The first question comes to mind after watching it. Welcome to NewYork was rich in its star cast supported by many cameos, rich production house and first 3D comic movie. Now coming to movie except few one liner and scene movie is a utter disappointment. The actors were limited by the screenplay which was the greatest let down. Repeated comedy scenes had nothing new to give. Chakri Toleti after Billa 2 is no were looking to move on with this.
