Worst experience from this ITC hotel. I booked a top suite with outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi but it was so poorly maintained and unhygienic. I paid more then 45k for 2 days and pool was full of bird shxx and dirt. They did not maintain it. Jacuzzi was also full of dust mud and hairs coming water pipe. Worst hotel to stay. Food was also pathetic. Their chef dont even know how to cook Asian dishes. Their noodles pizza and mushroom was worst than the thela wala.
Due to their poor hygiene in pool and jacuzzi, my son got stomach poisoning and i had to rush him to hospital for urgent care from hotel. Please please dont waste your money on this hotel. They will make you and your kids sick!!! ??
Its a fake branded hotel. Not worth staying.
