Complaint against Wellness Forever Employee Ms.Priti Prajapati Employee Code WFCH7473 Designation CSA at Branch Goldcraft 099 Hiranandani Estate Ghodbunder road, Thane West- 400607 Shift Manager Mr. Abhishak Singh. I reside near by Wellness Forever. Myself and my family regularly visit Wellness regularly for medicine and edibles. Whenever I visit Wellness Forever I carry lots of bag as I am traveling back from my workplace. This Wellness Forever Employee Ms. Priti Prajapati follow me everywhere and doesn’t let me touch any product at any display counter . This is not very first time this discrimination and rude behaviour has happened with me. I had also previously raised my concern with concerned staff. If employees of Wellness treats any potential customer in such way just because I am carrying bags.Kindly keep watchman where anyone can park their luggage before shopping. This lady mostly engaged on mobile phone and stands on blindspot where CCTV camera cannot capture it. She is always on personal messaging or giggling on phone, can’t concentrate on work and throws such attitude to customer. Check CCTV evidence of 11th August 2021 around 20:00 hours. Why should I or any potential individual buy products at Wellness. Provide me your company rules manual for customers stating that customers are not allowed to product on display on different counters.
I seek immediate response for such inappropriate discriminatory behaviour of this particular Employee Ms. Priti Prajapati in particular.
