I don’t know at what extent it reaches to the WFIS and WF - US HR People.I am wrinting it with little hope that it would bring little change.
In WFIS few managers(almost all) show favorism to people from their place, people of same community, or people whose relatives are IAS, IPS, politicians, lawyers or doctors from their place.it happens more with people who are non local.for Banglore non kannada Managers show this favorism openly.they dont hesitate for this.particualrly one manager who has been consistently showing favorism on one person that everybody of his team members, for that matter all the team members of LOB know.
But unfortunately his Manager or HR people cannot do anything to him.
