Please save us and save WFIS.


I have no option but to write a open letter to you because our voices will never get heard here in Wells Fargo India Solutions. The employees are undergoing through misery and torture in the hands of incompetent bunch of so called leaders in India who do not know how to run a company.


The leadership consists of sycophants. Please note following

  1. ANZ domination: Most of the key members in leadership team are from ANZ. The culture is loyalty first everything else later and the company and employees do not matter, talent is not needed. This the first criteria at the leadership level. The leadership is below ordinary in fact very poor. If some one has demonstrated the sycophancy in the past he/ she is welcomed.

  2. Join the club: Of course, it is not possible for everyone to leave ANZ and join WFIS so either one has to fall in line(or foot) else silently put up with the incompetency and misery. In case, you are able wine and dine with these idiots you are promoted else they will find someone else.

  3. Layers of sycophancy: Now that the company is growing these so called leaders want to hold on to their power at any cost by nominating their sycophants( boot lickers) in the so called council and forum level because the narrow thinking and incompetence cannot drive a growing company and they need two layers below them to say yes to whatever they want.

  4. Alienation of the performers: No one wants to go against any leader or a manager but when one cannot grow through performance they will leave. Moresoever when they see the incompetent being promoted. We have lost good talent. The mantra is fall in line, bow before me, you will get gold coin, start performer award etc.

  5. Higher pay: If you are an ex ANZ you will get a very good pay else you have belong to the state from where your manager is. There is castism that comes into play in case you need a pay hike. Sounds odd, but this is the reality.

I can go on and on but only the leadership team in US can save us. Please change the entire leadership team(it is a coterie at the top) before the backyard of Wells Fargo become the junk yard of Wells Fargo.
